Role Overview & The Mission

Join CodXpert's creative and production engineering division. We are seeking an experienced and detail-obsessed CorelDRAW Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in print production workflows, vector layouts, color separation, and digital asset design. In this role, you will work directly with our global client production pipeline, transforming complex requirements into pixel-perfect, print-ready files.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-precision vector graphics, marketing collateral, promotional layouts, and print assets primarily using CorelDRAW.
Prepare, verify, and inspect print-ready artwork, ensuring correct bleed, trim margins, CMYK color profiles, and font embeddings.
Collaborate closely with project managers and client teams to interpret design briefs and turn conceptual ideas into polished visual deliverables.
Execute photo manipulation, background removal, retouching, and asset optimization using Adobe Photoshop.
Assemble multi-page editorial layouts, catalogues, and brochures using Adobe InDesign when required.
Review customer-supplied artwork to identify formatting errors, vector distortions, or resolution issues prior to production.
Maintain a structured digital asset library with standardized naming conventions and version control.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of proven professional graphic design experience.
Deep practical expertise in CorelDRAW vector tools, curves, contouring, and object manipulation.
Firm grasp of typography, layout composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
Working knowledge of CMYK vs RGB color spaces, resolution requirements (300+ DPI), and vector scaling.
Ability to thrive in a structured evening/night shift schedule (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) with dedicated discipline.
Strong attention to detail, deadline commitment, and clear written/verbal communication.

Preferred Skills & Bonus Qualifications

+ Hands-on background in commercial printing, offset printing, digital printing, or packaging pre-press operations.
+ Experience handling sign-making, vinyl plotting, screen printing separation, or laser engraving templates.
+ Familiarity with export standards for PDF/X, EPS, TIFF, and high-fidelity vector formats.
+ Ability to handle high-velocity creative requests without compromising file precision.
